iBundl.ai — SBA Loans Today LLC
iBundl.ai ("iBundl," "we," "us," or "our") is an online insurance marketplace operated by SBA Loans Today LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. iBundl provides a technology platform that connects consumers seeking insurance quotes with licensed independent insurance agents. iBundl is not an insurance carrier, insurance agency, or insurance broker. iBundl does not sell, underwrite, or bind insurance.
By accessing or using ibundl.ai (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including consumers, insurance agents, and visitors.
Any individual 18 years of age or older may use the consumer-facing features of the Platform at no cost. Consumers may create a household profile, browse licensed insurance agents in their area, and submit quote requests to up to three agents per session. Consumer use of the Platform is always free.
Licensed property and casualty insurance producers may apply to join the Platform as subscribing agents. Agents must hold an active insurance producer license in the state in which they intend to operate. By registering as an agent, you represent and warrant that you hold a current, active insurance producer license in good standing; all information you provide is accurate and complete; you will promptly update your profile if your license status changes; and you will comply with all applicable state insurance laws and regulations.
iBundl is a technology introduction platform. Our role is limited to collecting consumer household and coverage information, displaying agent profiles based on geographic proximity, facilitating the consumer's selection of up to three agents, and delivering consumer profile information to selected agents. iBundl does not provide insurance advice, evaluate product suitability, participate in any insurance transaction, or guarantee that any consumer will receive a quote or that any agent will respond.
Consumers are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted through the Platform. Providing false or misleading information may affect the accuracy of quotes you receive and may violate applicable law.
By submitting a quote request, you expressly consent to be contacted by each agent you select — including by telephone call, text message, and email — regarding insurance quotes. You acknowledge that some calls or messages may be made using automated or pre-recorded technology. Message and data rates may apply. This consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by notifying that agent directly.
iBundl does not guarantee that any agent will respond to your quote request or contact you within any specific timeframe. iBundl will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you if a selected agent does not respond within 24 hours.
The information you provide is transmitted to agents you select. You may request deletion of your profile at any time by contacting info@ibundl.ai.
Agent access to the Platform requires a paid monthly subscription. The current Founding Member rate is $19 per month, billed monthly beginning after a 30-day free trial. A Platform Introduction Fee of $9 is charged per consumer selection at the moment a verified consumer selects the agent. This fee is non-refundable and is not contingent on any insurance transaction outcome.
The Platform Introduction Fee is a technology platform access fee charged at the moment of consumer selection. It is not a referral fee, lead fee, or brokerage compensation. It is non-contingent — not tied to whether a quote is delivered, a policy is bound, or any insurance transaction occurs.
Agents agree to respond to consumer introductions within 24 hours; use consumer information exclusively for providing insurance quotes; comply with all applicable laws including TCPA and state insurance regulations; maintain accurate profile information; and not share consumer information with any third party without express written consumer consent.
iBundl verifies agent license status at enrollment and reserves the right to verify periodically. Agents whose licenses lapse must immediately notify iBundl and cease all Platform activity.
iBundl reserves the right to remove any agent who fails to respond to two or more consumer introductions; receives substantiated consumer complaints; violates these Terms; loses their insurance producer license; or engages in conduct inconsistent with Platform integrity.
All content, trademarks, trade names, logos, and technology on the Platform are the property of SBA Loans Today LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IBUNDL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IBUNDL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IBUNDL'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) FEES PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iBundl and SBA Loans Today LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, violation of any applicable law, or any consumer complaint arising from your conduct as an agent.
iBundl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. You may cancel your agent subscription at any time by contacting info@ibundl.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, for agents, our Agent Data Handling Policy, each incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado. BOTH PARTIES WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN ANY ACTION ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS.
iBundl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
