iBundl.ai — SBA Loans Today LLC
iBundl.ai is an online insurance marketplace operated by SBA Loans Today LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. We connect consumers seeking insurance quotes with licensed independent insurance agents. Our contact email is info@ibundl.ai.
When you use iBundl, you may provide: contact information (name, phone number, email address, home address); household and coverage information (property details, vehicle information, household members); and identity information (date of birth, gender, marital status). We collect this information only when you voluntarily provide it through our profile builder.
We collect your phone number and email address for identity verification purposes. Phone numbers are verified via SMS one-time passcode through Twilio. Email addresses are verified via a link sent to your inbox.
When you visit our Platform, we may automatically collect: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps. This information is used for security, fraud prevention, and improving our service.
For subscribing agents, payment card information is collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. iBundl does not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
We use your information to: verify your identity; display your profile to agents you select; deliver your quote request to selected agents; send you confirmation and status updates; and improve our Platform.
We use your information to: verify your insurance producer license; process your subscription and fees; display your profile to consumers in your area; deliver consumer quote requests to you; and communicate about your account.
We may send you transactional messages (verification codes, confirmations, account notices) and, with your consent, service-related updates. We do not send unsolicited marketing email to consumers. Message and data rates may apply for SMS communications.
When a consumer selects an agent through the Platform, we share that consumer's profile information with each selected agent. Consumers control which agents receive their information by choosing up to three agents per session.
We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Platform, including: Twilio (SMS verification), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database hosting), and Vercel (hosting infrastructure). These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for their own purposes.
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of iBundl, our users, or the public.
iBundl does not sell, rent, or trade consumer personal information to any third party for marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.
After you select insurance agents for a quote and complete your profile, iBundl sends you an SMS one-time passcode to verify your phone number. By providing your phone number and submitting a quote request, you also consent to receive SMS messages from the agents you select regarding your insurance quotes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Phone numbers collected for SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or lead generators. To stop receiving SMS messages from iBundl, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Opting out of SMS may limit your ability to use verification-dependent features of the Platform.
We retain consumer profile information for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention. Agents who receive consumer data through the Platform are subject to the Agent Data Handling Policy, which governs their retention obligations separately.
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and request correction of any inaccurate information, by contacting info@ibundl.ai.
You may request deletion of your account and personal information at any time by contacting info@ibundl.ai. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Colorado residents have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), including the right to know what personal data we process, the right to correct inaccurate data, the right to delete personal data, and the right to opt out of certain data processing. To exercise these rights, contact info@ibundl.ai.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and secure third-party infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
iBundl is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
